SMS/Text Messaging Policy

By providing your mobile phone number to St. Mark Medical Transport, you consent to receive text messages (SMS and MMS) related to your transportation services. These messages may include trip confirmations and appointment reminders, driver arrival notifications and estimated arrival times, trip coordination and scheduling updates, and responses to your inquiries.

Message frequency varies based on your trip schedule and communication needs. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Opt-Out: You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive text messages from that number.

We do not share, sell, or distribute your mobile phone number or SMS/MMS data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your mobile information will never be shared with third parties or lead generators.
